Oral Piercing Aftercare

1. Continue to Brush teeth as normal with a new soft bristled tooth brush and store it in a clean area.
2. Rinse with an Alcohol Free antiseptic mouth wash regularly after eating, drinking, or chewing gum.
3. Avoid negative oral activities such as smoking, kissing & etc. during healing process.
4. Use Saline Solution 3-5X’s a day to clean around external healing piercings such as the labret or monroe.
5. Small dissolvable ice chips with cold drinking water can help reduce swelling.
